The Steel Journey
Thirteen controlled stages take certified raw material to a finished, inspected instrument ready for international export.

Raw Material
Certified stainless steel stock is selected and verified before production begins.
Precision Forging
Material is forged into the instrument blank under controlled conditions.
CNC Machining
Blanks are machined to the required profile and tolerances.
Grinding
Working surfaces and edges are ground to the specified geometry.
Polishing
Surfaces are refined by hand and machine to the required finish.
Heat Treatment
Instruments are hardened and tempered for strength and durability.
Quality Inspection
Dimensions, function and finish are checked against the pattern.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Residues from production are removed in ultrasonic baths.
Passivation
Surfaces are treated to improve corrosion resistance.
Laser Marking
Product codes and customer branding are laser marked.
Final Inspection
Each instrument is checked once more before packing.
Packaging
Instruments are packed for safe transit and storage.
